It seems strange, but in an age of madness, we must remember the obvious. For example, during the scamdemic, people were convinced that breathing through a gag was healthier than breathing the air of the woods or the seashore, and that staying indoors gorging on starchy foods was preferable to exercising outdoors. All this under the pretext of protecting public health from a respiratory disease that attacks the lungs, shutting down the entire national economy, but not cigarette retailers.
In this age of madness, let us therefore remain healthy in body and mind.
Writing an article about the importance of staying fit is therefore a no-brainer. Just as it was a no-brainer on my part to write two books titled WHY BUY GOLD NOW.
We live in such a distorted era that two books are needed to explain that owning gold equates to wealth. It should be obvious, but the distraction of all these years has completely made people forget about gold, instead accepting the debt currency of banks' paper and digits.
We are in a time when we need to repeat the obvious to ourselves to escape the cognitive warfare.
This complete inversion of reality has the distinct, sulfurous undertone of a spiritual struggle. A struggle we must wage with a physical body.
In a certain sense, it's almost embarrassing to have to deal with material matters like body care when we're on a journey of seeking and perfecting our consciousness. But this mortal body is nonetheless very important and can become our worst enemy if we don't take care of it.
In my educational work thus far, through my newsletters and my books, I have been very careful to describe the serious threat looming over the purchasing power of our savings. A threat aimed at destroying our economic serenity, creating a population of obedient subjects to whom a predetermined living ration is assigned, centrally controlled by totalitarian control, in the name of the most infamous absurdities.
This is an explicitly stated plan. It's not a matter of being a conspiracy theorist or exaggerating. They wrote it directly in the book:

Especially in the USA, the food industry creates chronically obese people from birth. Clinical cases to be passed on, with concerted assistance from the pharmaceutical and subsidy industries, in the form of vouchers that can be used to buy even more unhealthy food from fast food restaurants. The physical fitness achieved through a healthy lifestyle doesn't significantly boost corporate revenue.
For them, we are "the cancer of the Earth." That's what they've called us at every opportunity. A cancer that needs to be cured.
Big Pharma is healthcare. Do a pharmaceutical company's interests align with yours? You want to be healthy. They need you to be sick. When faced with a health problem, the first question is: "What can I take to feel better?" Never: "What can I do to feel better?" Action requires action. And action requires effort. This is why drugs and pharmaceuticals are so successful.
We learn from Wikipedia that the 23rd FDA commissioner is also a member of the board of directors of Pfizer, a funder of CNBC TV and a host of television shows, an assistant professor of medicine at the university, and so on. Wikipedia also states that Mr. Scott Gottlieb approves the drugs he sells, advertises them on the TV channels he finances and whose talk shows he appears on, trains future doctors who prescribe these drugs, and capitalizes on the excessive profits thus obtained through the investment company (NEA) in which he is a partner. As I've written before, the food industry assists the medical/pharmaceutical industry by providing chronically obese and disabled people with government debt-based welfare policies through the "food stamp" program, which can only be spent at Wall Street-listed junk food multinationals. The result is the following:
Inflate the people
Inflate the public debt
Inflate Wall Street
The result is visible: obese, spoiled, and capricious people who refuse to stop being weaned. A spoonful of baby food is forced down the throat of the average Westerner, like a funnel down a goose's throat for foie gras.
What many don't see or don't want to see is the demographic component that is embedded in the economic growth curve. It's impossible to think of correcting an exponential debt growth curve without considering that the two variables move together. The survival of billions of people is at stake here. This is the real battlefield where the number one priority will be staying alive.
To stay alive, we must first maintain good physical, mental, and financial health. Money is needed to maintain our health, and to withstand the attacks on our prosperity, we must strive to preserve the value of our assets as much as possible. Being wiped out is a matter of a moment, or a click on a computer, and a lifetime's sacrifices can disappear as quickly as the lights go out. The book THE GREAT RESET, written by Schwab and Mallert of the WEF, the World Economic Forum, openly informs us that they are undertaking a major economic reset of what's in computers: people's money.
WHAT TO DO THEN?
If you're starting from scratch, that is, if you're completely sedentary, you need to start gradually. The best thing is to walk, preferably in fresh air. Once again, I find myself having to reiterate the obvious. The most important thing for achieving results is consistency: the commitment to doing it as a renewed lifestyle. When to start? Today!
If you're overweight, with a belly, you need to start considering losing some of that excess fat. In a scenario where public disorders and chaos could break out, you might have to run for your life. So you need to be physically prepared for this too.
Another extremely valid reason to be slim is if you need to be rescued; it's very difficult to save overweight people, for example, by carrying them in your arms or on a stretcher.
During disasters like floods or earthquakes, we have visible proof of what can happen suddenly due to a catastrophic event.
To sculpt muscles, you need physical culture: BODYBUILDING. The best method is Old School Bodybuilding using heavy weights. In this case, you need to invest in a competent personal trainer, who is usually also able to provide advice on nutrition and supplements.
THERE IS NO SHORTCUT. The only valid way to get fit in a healthy way is to change your lifestyle.
A great idea is also to learn self-defense. The best technique is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Cities have become battlefields where life is no longer peaceful. Every day we witness news stories featuring thugs of various ethnicities who rape, murder, and beat others without hesitation. It's easy for them, because they're dealing with, completely weakened western population, that has been indoctrinated in the toxic, suicidal ideology of the leftists.
A good idea is also to consider joining forces with groups of like-minded people to create a network of solidarity.
One thing is certain. The police won't be able to help;
because they aren't trained,
because they have orders not to intervene.
The GREAT RESET plan, as illustrated in the book, plans to make us poorer and more unhealthy, preferably dead.
The defense strategy is simple:
to avoid becoming poorer, you must convert your savings denominated in the bank currency being RESET into gold.
Remove the money from their control and keep gold coins directly at your disposal.
To avoid becoming unhealthy, you must adopt a healthy lifestyle, including exercise and a healthy diet.
To avoid ending up murdered, you must seriously consider the need for self-defense preparedness.
I don't have all the answers, let alone presume to know everything.
But HEALTH IS WEALTH….trade accordingly, the best you can.
